Bill O'Rourke,
is notable authority on ethical behavior worldwide. He holds the position of Ethics Fellow at the Wheatley Institution at Brigham Young University, where he is a member of the Ethics Advisory Board. Additionally, he is a frequent lecturer and classroom instructor on ethics at numerous universities and companies in the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
